Birding Tours

Bird watching in Costa Rica's forests is unparalleled. With approximately 850 different species of birds, Costa Rica has more variety than Europe, Australia, and North America. Our tours cover the rainforest low land, dry forest, the highlands, and the cloud forest. Our guides will take you to some of the best birding spots in the country. With such diversity it's no wonder that so many people make bird watching part of their Costa Rica travel adventure or even their whole reason for coming!
Here are some past itineraries to review. Remember we would be happy to design a custom tour for you or your group. We cover all aspects of birding from standard tours to arranging guides and locations for your research project.
